Staff Pass Door Alarm Kit

The 'Floor to Store' door alarm kit provides an alarm for doors where staff need to frequently pass though. Ideal where the door cannot be locked but needs to be alarmed. e.g. a store room door which is on a public fire exit route or a retail shop floor needing access to a stock room.

How it works

• Staff simply enter a 4 digit passcode to temporarily isolate the alarm system.
• This grants a 10 second window to open the door. An additional time period is provided to pass through and close the door.
• Pressing the ‘Press to Exit’ button on the secure side allows staff to re-enter without triggering the alarm.
• When door is in armed state if it is opened without entering the correct pass code or pressing the ‘Press to Exit’ button the alarm will activate.

The door alarm kit utilises the 'Staff Pass' feature found in our standard keypad Exitguard door alarm and is available in battery, 12vdc, and mains powered versions. It comes complete with a 'Press to Exit' button.
